HOUSTON-Mobile-software company Vuico Inc. said it closed a preferred equity investment led by Aegis Capital through its Aegis Texas Ventures Fund.
The company’s mobile marketing and messaging offerings include the mMarketer, mSecretary and Vuico Go Wireless products and services.
Vuico said it will use the new funding to expand sales and marketing capabilities, add global distribution channels and increase its infrastructure.
