SAN DIEGO-Qualcomm Inc. said it has added sound enhancement technology on its Mobile Station Modem chipsets.
The echo-canceling technology is designed to improve acoustic performance of third-generation handsets and improve the clarity of conference and hands-free calls. Royal Philips Electronics N.V. provided the LifeVibes Voice software.
