BEDMINSTER, N.J.-Verizon Wireless said it completed the purchase of Valley Telecommunications’ cellular assets in southeastern Arizona.
The transaction includes licenses and network and operations assets in Graham, Greenlee and Cochise counties, covering 160,000 people.
Financial terms of the deal, which was announced in July, were not disclosed. Verizon Wireless said it expects the network conversion to be competed by the end of this year.
