FORT WORTH, Texas-RadioShack Corp., which sells wireless products and services from Verizon Wireless, Sprint Nextel Corp. and Tracfone Wireless Inc., reported a 15-percent increase in wireless sales during the third quarter, which the company attributed to growth in its kiosk channels offsetting a sales decline in traditional stores. Analysts noted that RadioShack’s Verizon Wireless sales suffered during the third quarter due to a lack of desirable handsets. RadioShack also signed a 10-year deal earlier this year with Cingular Wireless L.L.C. to replace Verizon Wireless in its retail locations beginning next year.
