Air Products brings data management capabilities and experience with remote electronic monitoring services to the joint venture. The company has used remote electronic monitoring in its liquid-gas bulk supply business for more than 10 years. nPhase is an M2M vendor and brings its technology platform and marketing experience to the venture.
The companies identified target markets including the petrochemical industry, fuels and lubricants, agricultural and specialty chemicals and water treatment industries.
