LCC International Inc. has delayed the filing of its annual financial statements for 2006 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company said its management needs more time to assess the accuracy of its financial reporting, and for its auditors to complete a review of the company’s internal controls.
LCC expects to file its annual report and Form 10-K no later than April 30, the same date the company is required to provide audited financial statements to its lender.
The company designs and deploys wireless networks and offers consulting services to many clients in the wireless industry.
LCC’s stock was down almost 4 percent on the news.
