Adsmobil – The mobile advertising company has expanded its sales division, adding Thomas Anderson, formerly of JumpTap, and Wandrill Pruvot, formerly of Buzzcity. Anderson will serve as sales director, Americas, while Pruvot will act as sales director, EMEA.
Highwinds – Steve Lidell has been named president of content delivery and network services. Liddell joins Highwinds after advising numerous private equity and venture capital firms as an independent consultant.
InterDigital – Jean Rankin has joined the board of directors. Rankin serves as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary at LSI Corp.
Cenx Inc. – Sandy Brown has been appointed CEO. Brown comes to the company with more than 15 years of operational and executive experience, most recently acting as vice president at AT&T.
Ditech Networks – Alan B. Howe has assumed the role of chairman of the board of directors. He will replace Edwin Harper, who is retiring from the board Sept. 16.
