Partnerships: Elephant Talk signs MoU with Cleartech; ChinaTel partners with SIno Crossing and Golden Bridge; and more

Elephant Talk Communications Inc., provider of business software and services to the telecommunications and financial services industries, signed a Memorandum of Understanding agreement with Cleartech to become its mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) partner in Brazil. Cleartech is a clearinghouse of telecom companies that manages interconnections and services shared by telecom operators in Brazil.

ChinaTel Group announced partnerships with Sino Crossing and Golden Bridge in order to expand its 4G network in China. Sino Crossing will provide fiber backbone throughout China and Golden Bridge will provide its nine-city 4G wireless network.
