Feb 21 (Reuters) – TIM Participacoes (TCSL3.SA)(TCSL4.SA), Brazil’s third-largest wireless phone company on Monday reported net income was a higher than forecast 1.9 billion reais ($1.14 billion) in the fourth quarter, compared with 416 million reais a year earlier.
