Tracy Ford

Tracy Ford is an editor with RCR Wireless News. She started with RCR Wireless News in 1990 as a reporter and has been covering the wireless industry ever since. Ford has established herself as an expert in the wireless industry having covered many of its defining moments, including the technology wars, the PCS auctions and the rise of 3G networks. Ford is also a recognized leader in providing thoughtful and insightful commentary on issues impacting the wireless industry and is regularly a moderator of educational panels at industry trade events. A graduate of Minnesota State University – Moorhead, she holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mass Communications.

She started her technology journalism career at RCR Wireless News, and has held a number of titles there, including associate publisher and executive editor. She is a winner of the American Society of Business Publication Editors Silver Award, for both trade show and government coverage. A graduate of the Minnesota State University-Moorhead, Ford holds a B.S. degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis on public relations.
