Bazaarvoice, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The shares will be offered by Bazaarvoice and certain of its stockholders.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will serve as joint book runners for the proposed offering. Piper Jaffray & Co., Pacific Crest Securities LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. will act as co-managers.
