SANTA CLARA, Calif.-Wireless Inc., a global provider of broadband wireless access solutions, announced it filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the initial public offering of its common stock.
The number of shares and the price range for the shares were not specified.
Wireless also said it filed an application with The Nasdaq Stock Market to have its common stock traded on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “WLSS.”
The offering is being lead managed by Salomon Smith Barney and co-managed by CIBC World Markets and Prudential Volpe Technology Group, Wireless said.
