SAN FRANCISCO-Parsons Corp., which provides technical and management solutions for industries including wireless telecom, announced it has acquired The Alaris Group L.L.C., which provides wireless site development services.
Based in San Francisco, Alaris provides site acquisition and zoning services as well as land use, construction management, deployment project management, in-house collocation services, warehouse management and NEPA environmental consulting services.
Alaris will become part of Parsons Commercial Technology Group Inc., a unit of Parsons, which has also acquired RCI Construction Group, Process Facilities Inc. and MW Consultants during the past year.
