BERKSHIRE, United Kingdom—Subscriber identity module card provider Bluefish Technologies signed an agreement with software services provider VIPMobile to jointly deliver Mobile WriteUp, a product the companies said uses SIM cards to allow wireless users to access Internet content, create their own sites, directories and links, and buy or sell products and services.
The companies said the product can work over today’s second-generation networks.
