MADRID, Spain-According to their newly reached “amicable agreement,” Quam will pay E-Plus approximately $154 million before the end of December 2002 as compensation for the termination of all existing business relations between the two companies in Germany.
In addition, E-Plus also can take over individual UMTS sites if they fit into E-Plus’ UMTS network rollout plan.
