Anritsu Company and ETS-Lindgren announced that the Anritsu MT8820C One-Box Tester has been selected by ETS-Lindgren as an approved test solution for Over-the-Air (OTA) LTE testing,
including MIMO. Based on this selection, support for the MT8820C will be integrated into the
ETS-Lindgren EMQuest EMQ-108 MIMO OTA Test Package.
uTest announced the launch of uTest Express, a service aimed at giving startups affordable access to the company’s community of professional testers. Since 2008, uTest has leveraged its community of more than 35,000 professional testers to help industry leaders like Microsoft, AOL, Intuit and Groupon launch high-quality web and mobile applications. With uTest Express, the benefits of professional mobile app testing and expert feedback are now available to early-stage startups.
Mobile marketing solutions provider, Upstream, has announced the appointment of Mike Linnert as General Manager North American Operations. In this role, Linnert will be responsible for North American client development and account management. He will also support product management and marketing initiatives.
Omnilink, the leading provider of pre-built applications for tracking people and assets, announced that Sprint will offer the Omnilink Asset Locator tracking service through its Business Direct sales channel.
SkyCross, manufacturer of advanced antenna and RF solutions, announced the commercial availability of its State-Tuned Isolated Mode Antenna Technology (ST-iMAT™) for embedded antenna solutions in 4G MIMO devices. The new technology can conserve space inside 4G devices, providing device designers with more design flexibility and enhancing device performance.
