CARROLLTON, Texas-CellStar Corp., provider of wireless logistics and distribution services, has accepted the resignation of Paul Samek, chief financial officer, and named Raymond Durham, vice president and corporate controller, to the position, effective immediately.
Durham joined CellStar in March 1997, and has served as vice president and corporate controller since February 2001. He is a certified public accountant.
