WASHINGTON-President Bush said he intends to nominate Lucent Technologies Inc. President Patricia Russo as vice chair of the president’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee.
Russo replaces F. Duane Ackerman, chairman and chief executive officer of BellSouth Corp., who was newly appointed as the NSTAC chairman.
