CANNES, France-Billing and Customer Relationship Management-related news is plentiful at this week’s 3GSM World Congress.
Amdocs launched an enhanced version of its partner relationship management product that helps operators enable and manage convergent support for multiple content and commerce partners.
The company also announced that Canada’s Bell Mobility has deployed the Amdocs Commerce Payments solution to manage the growth of its content services. Bell Mobility said its content services have grown from 200 transactions per week in May 2003 to more than 32,000 transactions per week in December 2003.
Meanwhile, ADC announced the launch of its Singl.eView Lifecycle Management Suite, a new enterprise catalog solution for wireless operators designed to accelerate time-to-market and reduce costs of consumer services. The U.K.’s Virgin Mobile recently trialed Singl.eView LMS.
ADC also introduced a new connectivity offering that comes in a single, compact cabinet designed for wireless networks. The cabinet, which can be installed anywhere in the network, allows wireless operators to more efficiently update their networks and add enhanced mobile services.
Finally, Qpass Inc. and American Management Systems Inc. announced the formation of a global alliance to deliver Qpass’ Prosperity Series software to the mobile market. Under the agreement, AMS will provide consulting and systems integration services to mobile operators during the evaluation, testing and implementation of Qpass’ software.
According to the companies, the combination of Qpass’ software and AMS’ consulting and systems integration expertise will help mobile operators speed the delivery of data services to market and better manage content partner relationships.
