NEW YORK-Comvik International Vietnam, a subsidiary of Millicom International Cellular S.A., signed a memorandum of understanding with Vietnam Mobile Services, its partner in Vietnam, to extend the companies’ long-term cooperation agreement.
Comvik has an existing business cooperation contract with VMS, a subsidiary of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications, to develop the MobiFone network in Vietnam.
