BOCA RATON, Fla.-SBA Communications Corp. said it has commenced a cash tender offer for up to $153.3 million of its senior discount notes due 2008.
The amount is 70 percent of the $219 million aggregate principal amount of notes outstanding, said the company.
“In each case, holders who tender their notes will receive accrued and unpaid interest from the last interest payment date to, but not including, the payment date, payable on the payment date if, and only to the extent, the holders’ notes are accepted for payment,” said SBA.
