CAMPBELL, Calif.—SoonR said it raised $6 million in series A funding.

The company said it plans to use the funds to expand its service, which allows customers to access data and applications on their personal computer from a mobile handset.

The round was led by Clearstone Venture Partners. Intel Capital and private investors also participated, said SoonR.

As part of the financing, William Quigley, managing director of Clearstone, and David Stern, venture partner at Clearstone, have joined the company’s board of directors.
