RESTON, Va.—Sprint Nextel Corp. launched a new program that gives business clients a single point of contact for their various mobility needs.
The “Sprint Advanced Wireless Solutions” program provides business customers with a one-stop-shop experience along with a single contract and a centralized bill for all of their hardware, application software, mobile voice and data usage, professional services and customer care, said the carrier.
The company said the program is targeted at mid-sized business, enterprises and government agencies. Sprint Nextel added that the program currently includes six operational enhancement solutions, including field service automation, route accounting, fleet dispatch and resource management, mobile asset management, mobile IT helpdesk management, and field sales.
Four additional solutions are planned this year.
