BOULDER, Colo.-SpectraLink Corp. said its board of directors will shell out dividends of 10 cents per share of its common stock payable Dec. 23.
The company said it has enjoyed 19 consecutive quarters of positive operating cash flow, which rose to $50 million.
“The board of directors will continually evaluate various factors, including operating results, anticipated financial needs and plans for expansion, to determine how best to benefit the stockholder on an ongoing basis, whether it be continued cash dividends, stock repurchases or other strategic programs,” said the company.
