IRVINE, Calif.-Disposable phone company Hop-on Inc. announced it acquired wireless accessories company WirelessCompany.com Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Hop-on said the move will flesh out its offerings and help it reach positive cash flow.
Further, Dan Gannon, president of WirelessCompany.com, will serve as chief executive officer of Hop-on.
WirelessCompany.com sells accessories, including headsets and car chargers, through a variety of retail outlets.
