WALTHAM, Mass.-Orthogon Systems, which provides non-line-of-sight wireless technology for broadband networks, has secured $7 million in venture capital, bringing its total funds raised to $28 million.
The company plans to use the funding for the sales, marketing and ongoing development of its OS-Gemini broadband wireless Ethernet bridge for connecting private networks, which the company made generally available this week. The solution offers NLOS coverage in the license-exempt 5.8 GHz ISM band.
