BREMERTON, Wash. – Reality Wireless Networks Inc. and DONOBi Inc. say they intend to merge to build broadband service provider to commercial and residential users.
Reality Wireless Networks is a fixed wireless broadband services provider based in California’s Silicon Valley, while DONOBi Inc. is wireless connectivity and Internet solutions company based here.
The merger, which is subject to approval, will be 80 percent owned by DONOBi and 20 percent by Reality.
