HERZLIYA, Israel-Israeli supplier Niragongo said Israeli operator Partner Communications launched Niragongo’s Lava Smart Proxy for its Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) services.

The new solution will mediate between the services, devices and the operator infrastructure, Niragongo said. The system provides a central point of control over a wide variety of content, devices, applications and user segments.
