KIRKLAND, Wash.-Nextel Partners Inc. announced Adam Aron and Caroline Rapking have joined the company’s board of directors and will both serve on the company’s audit committee, which Nextel Partners said was comprised entirely of independent directors.
Aron currently serves as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Vail Resorts Inc. and serves on the board of directors of a number of organizations.
Rapking is vice president with the Public Sector Group of American Management Systems, an international business and information technology consulting firm, and is active in a number of professional organizations.
