WASHINGTON, D.C.—Wireless technology and network provider InPhonic Inc. announced its acquisition of Skyware Group, a developer of custom wireless applications.
“The consulting and professional services expertise of Skyware provides an added dimension to InPhonic’s capacity to deliver industrial-strength wireless applications to our enterprise customers,” explained InPhonic’s founder and chief executive David Steinberg. “The ability to custom configure and install our wireless application gateway, messaging and unified communication platforms gives us a truly end-to-end solution that is critical to large corporations.”
Financial details of the acquisition have not been released.
