BEIJING—Qualcomm Inc. said it signed an agreement to allow KT Freetel to launch its Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless to end users in South Korea on cdma2000 Ix networks.
Both companies signed the agreement at the PT/Wireless &Networks Comm Beijing 2001 conference.
