SUNNYVALE, Calif.—Actiontec Electronics Inc. announced shipment of three 802.11b Wireless Adapters that it said can be used in private homes or with office networks.
The USB 802.11b Wireless Adapter, the PCI 802.11b Wireless Adapter and the PCMCIA 802.11b Wireless Card all work with desktop or notebook computers that have USB ports, vacant PCI slots or PCMCIA ports, and allow user to share Internet access, printers and files.
Currently shipping, Actiontec said the models will be available by the end of October for between $99.99 and $119.99.
