HOUSTON-Diverse Networks Inc. will provide a range of operational and service delivery management services centered in OmniSky Corp.’s Network Operations Center, according to an agreement between the companies.
“Our SDM model consists of development engineering, service delivery infrastructure data collection, service monitoring, operational analysis and network/system engineering work elements, to provide service providers a proven method of establishing and maintaining a highly stable and reliable system or network,” said Mel Goldman, Diverse Networks’ president and chief executive officer.
OmniSky’s center is located in Diverse Networks’ operations center in Houston.
