BURLINGTON, Mass.-B Digital USA Inc. selected Lightbridge Inc.’s Customer Acquisition System and TeleServices for its customer service solution.
B Digital has a direct fulfillment sales model, which means it does not use stores or kiosks to sell its product.
“Lightbridge’s TeleServices, in conjunction with CAS, will allow B Digital to establish a highly flexible and responsive call center operation while reducing costs and time requirements,” said Brian Connolly, Lightbridge’s vice president of sales.
