SUNNYVALE, Calif.-Spectrian Corp. announced it will sell its UltraRF semiconductor division to Cree Inc.
The deal calls for Cree to purchase UltraRF for about 908,000 shares of its common stock and $30 million in cash.
The transaction is expected to close early next year.
