NEW YORK-Andersen Consulting and Amdocs Ltd. today announced an alliance to combine their management, technology, billing and customer-service operations for the communications market.
Andersen, a management and technology consulting company, and Amdocs, a billing and order-management business, said they would offer solutions to cover billing, customer-service and order-management operations for communications and Internet providers.
Under the agreement, the companies said they would work together on marketing, sales, expansion and new customer relationships.
“The alliance will offer customers access to innovative solutions to help them increase speed-to-market with reduced risk,” said Avi Naor, Amdocs’ chief executive officer.
