SAN DIEGO-Wireless telecommunications systems management company Wireless Facilities Inc. acquired privately held telecom consultant Questus Ltd. for approximately $23 million in cash and stock.
WFI said the additional resources provided by Questus will allow it to better serve the industry’s growing demand for technology and business planning expertise.
