ESPOO, Finland-Nokia Oy and ICL Finland have formed a joint venture to further support Nokia Information Management’s e-business development.
The new venture, called Nice-business Solutions Finland Oy, will begin operations in March with Jouko Seppa, the head of ICL Finland’s E-Business Division, as managing director.
ICL will own 66.5 percent of the company, with Nokia owning the other 33.5 percent. The company will establish business sites in Helsinki, Turku and Tampere, Finland.
