PHILADELPHIA-Clariti Telecommunications International Ltd. announced it signed an agreement to acquire NKA Pty. Ltd., an Australian-based Internet protocol provider for the Asia-Pacific region.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in the next quarter. Specific terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
