LAS VEGAS-Chadmoore Wireless Group Inc. announced it closed a $13.5 million secured
financing transaction with GATX Capital Corp. Per the agreement, GATX Capital has the option of making available
an additional $13.5 million within 120 days.
Chadmoore said it plans to use the funds primarily to purchase
infrastructure equipment and for working capital to continue to build and operate its commercial specialized mobile
radio dispatch network.
