MALVERN, Pa.-Triton PCS Inc. said it selected Systems/Link Corp. to provide its RoamEx fraud control platform and FraudTec2000 system to help Triton PCS combat cloning and subscription fraud.
“Systems/Link’s applications work together effectively to combat fraud, meeting a critical need for Triton PCS as we launch our network,” said Steven Skinner, Triton PCS president and chief operating officer. “The RoamEx system detects roaming fraud by making a subscriber’s roaming activity immediately visible and providing key elements of the call-detail record in near real time, while FraudTec2000’s profiling capabilities help identify cloning and subscription fraud as well as monitor new subscriber usage in high-risk groups.”
Triton PCS is building a digital wireless network across the Southeast United States.
