SAN DIEGO-SecurFone America Inc. announced it signed a letter of intent to enter a strategic alliance with Las Vegas Entertainment Network to develop and deploy wireless Internet telephony and prepaid cellular communication services.
Initially targeting key markets in Brazil, the venture aims to extend to other markets across the globe. These services will be based on LVEN’s technology, yet to be developed. SecurFone will provide application platforms and manage the technology’s deployment. They expect to begin later this year.
