INDIANAPOLIS-Brightpoint Inc. announced it has entered into an agreement to perform value-added logistics services like receiving, kit preparation and packaging for Conxus Communications Inc., Greenville, S.C.
Conxus is building a nationwide narrowband personal communications services network based on Motorola Inc.’s InFLEXion technology. Conxus has launched its first service, the Pocketalk pocket answering machine, and eventually plans to launch Pocketext portable e-mail.
Indianapolis-based Brightpoint said it distributes wireless handsets and related accessories from manufacturers to network operators, agents, resellers, dealers and retailers. The company also provides value-added logistics services to the wireless communications industry.
