DENVER-Dobson Communications Corp. announced an affiliate has acquired 75-percent owner-ship in the Gila River Cellular G.P. through partnership agreements.
The interests were acquired from Tohona O’odham Utility Authority and other partner-ship interests, which serve 188,000 people in Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz.
