EL DORADO HILLS, Calif.-International Billing Systems Inc. will provide statement presentment services to Metrocall, according to a five-year agreement.
Metrocall will use IBS’ statement design, graphics and targeted inserting capabilities to provide easy-to-read statements to its paging customers.
“After a thorough cost-benefit analysis, we found that consolidating our statement presentment operations with one vendor was the right strategic decision,” said Robert Pawa, senior vice president of information systems for Metrocall.
“Consolidation provides us greater efficiency and better economies of scale, both of which will ultimately benefit our customers.”
El Dorado Hills, Calif.-based International Billing Systems provides billing and other services to the telecom industry.
