CHICAGO-RCR Publications Inc. has named David Jern northern sales manager. Jern has approximately 20 years of experience in advertising sales and marketing. In 1994, he established Jern Media International, a Chicago-based media representation business that develops advertising sales and marketing services for international trade and business publishers. From 1990 to 1993, Jern worked in Hong Kong and Singapore for The Globe and Mail of Canada and World Executive’s Digest as regional advertising manager and regional sales manager.
Jern will work out of RCR’s Chicago office. He will report to Advertising Director Tom Govedarica.
