WASHINGTON—The Federal Communications Bar Association will hold its 12th annual charity auction this week to benefit inner city schools here. Auction proceeds will go to the STEP/I Have a Dream program, a 16-year-long commitment to 73 students that has provided educational enrichment and mentoring from elementary school through high school as well as college financial. In addition, STEP seeks to decrease economic and social isolation of communities. The auction will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15, at the Washington Hilton Towers at 6:30 p.m.
GSM/GPRS/WCDMA technology pathway, and would work with previously established standards bodies.
