MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.-Wireless software infrastructure provider Bitfone Corp. announced it will merge with Digital Transit, which provides software infrastructure for over-the-air updates of firmware. The new company will continue under the Bitfone name.
The companies said the move will bolster the sales efforts of Bitfone’s iBroker and Digital Transit’s software update product lines.
