ANNAPOLIS—TeleCommunication Systems Inc. that by revising a September 2001 contract, Cingular Wireless will make it a preferred vendor for Phase I and II wireless E911 services including Mobile Positioning Center (MPC), Gateway Mobile Location Center (GMLC) and management services.

Under their revised contract, TCS will provide E911 location services to subscribers throughout most of Cingular’s markets.
