ANNAPOLIS, Md.-TeleCommunication Systems Inc., which provides location and messaging software and E911 services for mobile operators, launched TCS Alerts, an intelligent push/pull messaging platform that enables wireless carriers to manage notifications.
TCS Alerts is 2.5-generation and 3G ready and it works with any structured content feed providing the ability to add and upgrade content in real-time, said the company. Content can be short message service, enhanced message service and mulitmedia message service based on existing or proprietary sources and can be preconfigured with popular content categories. TCS Alerts is network, content and device independent and can be used as a standalone solution or key portal component, the company said.
